The Association of Former Students announces 2016 Directory of Former Students
The Association has retained Publishing Concepts (PCI) to produce a printed directory of former students, available in the spring of 2016. In the coming weeks you may receive emails and postcards urging you to contact PCI to update your information for the directory.
We understand that you may have concerns about sharing your personal information. We want to assure you that this project is legitimate and it is safe to share your information with PCI.
Your participation in this project is both important to The Association and very much appreciated.

I received an email/postcard/phone call from a company asking for my personal information. They said they were working on a directory for Texas A&M University. Is this a legitimate project, or is it a scam?
We have partnered with PCI (also known as Publishing Concepts) to produce a new edition of our directory. PCI is a company in Dallas that publishes directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities and military organizations across the nation. They are a trusted vendor of The Association, and it is safe to share your information with them.
The power of the Aggie Network is Aggies helping other Aggies. In order for Aggies to stay connected with one another, and for us to stay in touch with you, keeping your contact information up-to-date is vital. The call only takes a couple of minutes, and the PCI representative will have your latest known contact information in front of them when you call.
I would like to verify and update my information. How may I do this?
If you have received a postcard or an email with a telephone number, you may call the number to speak with a dedicated representative for this project. The representative will verify all the information we have on file for you and make any updates where needed. One of the numbers for the Texas A&M University former students is 866-441-3456.

Can anyone purchase a directory?
The printed directory of former students is available for sale only to Texas A&M former students. Directories will only be printed for those former students who reserve a copy.
What information will be printed in this directory? Can I choose to have information withheld?
Information included will be the same as our 2012 directory—former students' last name, preferred first name, Class year, degree and field earned from Texas A&M, mailing address, city and state. You can choose to have any or all of this information withheld. When you call to update your information, you can tell the representative what information you would prefer to have excluded. You may also communicate this information to PCI at 1-866-441-3456.
If I ordered a directory, when will I receive it?
Directories should ship in March 2016.
How do I know that PCI will only use my information for publishing this directory?
We have a contractual agreement with PCI that states:
a. The names, addresses and information provided to PCI for the publication of the directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the directory and except as required by court order or law.
b. The directory will be made available only to former students of Texas A&M University. Upon completion of the project, PCI will return to us any and all electronic files supplied by us or produced by PCI in connection with the production of the directory.
