Bright Football Complex Tour

Jul 31, 2014 | Football

Home of the Texas A&M Football program, the Bright Complex sits in the south end zone of Kyle Field and gives the Aggies the premier facility of its kind in the country to call their own.

The facility has undergone more than 36,000 square feet of renovations to modernize the entire complex and create the most forward-thinking, technologically-advanced football training facility in collegiate athletics. The renovations include a new entry atrium and an updated, fully renovated locker room, players' lounge, training rooms, meeting rooms and coaches' offices.

A $20.8 million project, the renovations have included the $4 million Lohman Center and a whopping $16.8 million for the team areas, including the Vicky and Terry Klein '78 Locker Room and the adjacent hallways, meeting rooms, sports medicine facility, hydrotherapy pool and much more.

Take a look inside the building below with our photo tour.

The stunning Lohman Center serves as the entrance to the Bright Complex, and features a 50-foot tall glass tower in the lobby--representing the continual drive for the pinnacle of excellence. A panoramic 180-degree sensory video experience sits at the base and captures the power and drama of game day in front of the 12th Man at Kyle Field.

A backlit wall showcases Kyle Field at the forefront of the 14 stadiums of the SEC and serves as a reminder that Texas A&M is a member of the nation's premier athletic conference.

An open-concept stairway leads guests, players and staff to the building's second floor, which features the brand-new R.C. Slocum Nutrition Center and the award-winning Nye Academic Center.

State-of-the-art custom seating from Spain highlights a new-look Hagner Auditorium, where the team conducts daily meetings.
