LEAD 2023 Workshop Speaker Application
Thank you for your interest in applying to be a workshop speaker for LEAD 2023 which will take place on April 15th from 10:00am-6:00pm in a hybrid format, in the Innovative Learning Classroom Building (ILCB) and via Zoom. 

The theme of LEAD this year is Reflecting from the Past, Changing for Our Future. We hope that our workshops and presentations will reflect our theme and intention of creating a safe learning environment and foster a sense of belonging within the community. We wish to facilitate a unique experience which encourages reflection and self-growth. Ultimately, our mission is to educate and advocate for APIDA-centered issues to promote a movement towards change.

Each workshop will have a 50 minute time slot during the conference and will be either virtually or in-person.

We are currently looking for workshop proposals that fit in one of these categories. However, all workshop proposals will be considered.

  2. The Cultural Divide
  3. Shattering Expectations
  4. APIDA Hxstory
  5. APIDA Student Panel
This form will remain open until March 5th, 2023 at 11:59 PM. We welcome and encourage workshop proposals that allow for audience participation and community engagement. Submissions from undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty, and staff are all highly encouraged. All workshop proposals will be reviewed by the LEAD 2023 committee and chosen based on theme relevancy and potential engagement.
