Maps Not Helpful: I downloaded this app to learn my way around campus. There is no option to obtain directions on the bus routes maps, and no bus routes included in the navigation maps (or on Google maps). I would need extensive knowledge of either the layout of campus or the bus routes for the maps to be usable as they are, which defeats the entire purpose. Additionally, the bus routes maps cannot be panned or manually enlarged on my Android mobile app. Please fix this.

Bus no longer has arrival times posted, hard to schedule which bus to leave on in order to arrive at an approximate time. Hard to track individual buses through a route. Makes the app absolutely useless.

This app does not let my samsung s21 ultra pan around the map. I have to zoom in and out of the direction of the area I want to look at on the map. Refreshing is also delayed and the app overall just feels extremely clunky. I've never used it for anything aside from looking at my specific bus routes.
