Color with a Counselor
Howdy!

Color with a Counselor is a unique and innovative event that provides Texas A&M students with a refreshing approach to managing stress and seeking mental health support from Texas A&M University Health Services. In this event, students have the opportunity to engage in candid, informal conversations with professional counselors for around 20 minutes while indulging in the soothing act of coloring. This combination of therapeutic dialogue and creative expression creates a safe and welcoming space for students to address their concerns, share their thoughts, and receive guidance in a relaxed and nonjudgmental environment. By incorporating art as a tool for destressing, Color with a Counselor encourages self-expression and self-care, fostering a sense of community and emotional well-being among the students of Texas A&M University.

Although this is NOT an individual counseling session, this is an opportunity to engage with a mental health professionals and discuss strategies for self-care in order to give you the tools to achieve your academic goals as an Aggie at Texas A&M University!
