On behalf of The Association of Former Students, we would like to thank you for your interest in serving as Muster chair for your local Aggie Muster ceremony. This ceremony can consist of you and a couple of your buddies or your entire local community. For Muster this year, you and your community of Aggies will join over 40,000 fellow Aggies attending over 300 Musters worldwide as we come together to celebrate this honored tradition.

Aggie Muster ceremonies are a unique expression of each individual community, and no matter what format is chosen for your ceremony, we know that your Muster will be a meaningful experience for those in your community. Muster is a day celebrating the camaraderie and the friendships, the triumphs and the defeats, the legacies and the impact that Texas A&M University has made, and continues to make, in all of our lives. It is also a time to honor those Aggies, those friends, family members, and Classmates, who are no longer among us. Muster can be as simple or as elaborate as you feel appropriate, but whether your Muster is a formal event or adapted to accommodate your local needs, there is no wrong way to Muster. During this process, know that you are perpetuating something that is bigger than a single event, larger than your own local A&M Club or Muster Group -- you are perpetuating the essence of the Aggie Spirit.

The staff at The Association of Former Students gladly offers you their support as you plan your Muster. The Association has numerous online resources available for your use. Through the use of our services you will have access to our planning guide, our email services that will allow you to reach more Aggies in your area, the Speakers Bureau to help you find a Muster speaker, our Muster media page to assist with your program, Muster-related federally registered trademarks, and a Roll Call for the Absent that is specific to your Muster. Your Muster will also be advertised on AggieNetwork.com and appear in the Texas Aggie magazine to recognize your hard work following Muster.
