1People Traffic - Shuttle Drop-Off Circle Drive Near Creamery"Rove" around bus drop-off area, greeting guests, visiting with crowd, and answering questions - Particularly "where do I go." Will also need to remind them they they need to have 2 forms of ID for their Aggie Ring pick-up.

1APeople Traffic MonitorsTent in Aggie Park
Near Creamery		Make sure traffic is moving efficiently as guests transition from the designated Gathering area (in Aggie Park - near Creamery) into the Aggie Ring Plaza as their ticket time approaches. Also be available to assist guests with questions re: the designated path to the Ring delivery areas, and discourage guests from moving/jumping barricades. This job will help us deter guests who are "gate-jumpers."

Near Creamery		Will be assigned by Aggie Ring Day planning team from staff signed up to work in the guest Gathering area - Will be briefed on event logistics re: Gathering area (in park near Creamery)

2Ticket Checkers Williams Ring Lawn Monitor lines at entry to ring Ticket queuing area (on the Williams Ring Lawn). Will need to allow rolling entry to guests during Ring delivery times to ensure traffic flows smoothly and that lines don't get overcrowded. Will help control access to this entry area to only those guests with tickets for the current Ring delivery time being called, and will direct guests Gathering for their ticket times to appropriate Gathering areas.Student Volunteer

3Manage Ring Lawn EntryTicket Line-Plaza SideMonitor lines, keep traffic flow moving onto the Williams Ring Lawn as the MC announces the different ticket groups, keep people from coming back onto the Ring Plaza/Ring Lawn to take pictures.

4People Traffic- Alpha SorterWilliams Ring Lawn / Ring PlazaThe person(s) in this role will stand on the base of the Haynes Ring Replica and direct traffic to flow to both sides of the Haynes Ring Plaza. Guests should go to the side of the plaza with the banner that includes the first initial of their last name ((A-G), (H-S) & (T-Z)).Student Volunteer

5People TrafficSteps of Alumni CenterVisit with guests and answer questions as guests enter the Alumni Center through the Ring Plaza. These People Traffic Directors will work to ensure that traffic keeps flowing continuously and smoothly, and to help direct those guests that might need assistance.Student Volunteer

(Outside - Under Tent)		Check in the Ring Delivery volunteers and Staff Volunteers, direct volunteers to where they will be for the shift, handing out volunteer lanyards, buttons, and collecting them at the end of their shift

11Rover for BreaksOutsideHelp relieve outside volunteers for breaks and help with miscellaneous items. Actively ask staff members to fill their roles by looking at sign up sheet & idenfying which staff might have been in place for the longest time.

14Aggie Park RoverThroughout Aggie ParkWill monitor and assist with activities in Aggie Park: Checking in with professional photographers (located at ClayDesta Point, Swaim Ampitheater & The Stage), check in on performances at Swaim Ampitheater, and assist with guest questions.
